Who is responsible

The data controller is SeniFlow. For any question about your data, write to [email protected].

What we collect

When you request a demo: your name, your email address, the name of your residence, your role, the number of residences and, if you write one, your message.

Nothing else. This website has no accounts, no advertising or analytics cookies, and no tracking tools. Fonts are served by the website itself, with no call to a third-party service.

Why, and on what basis

Only to reply to your request and arrange the demo. It is a step you take before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We do not sign you up to any newsletter, and we do not sell or lend your data to anyone.

Who receives it

Your request reaches us by email. Two providers are involved, each for its own task only:

Cloudflare hosts the website and protects it from bots (Turnstile). Turnstile looks at technical signals from your browser to check that a person is filling in the form; it sets no advertising cookie.

Resend delivers the email with your request to our mailbox.

These providers may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are covered by the safeguards the GDPR provides for: an adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long

We keep your request while we are in touch, then at most three years after our last contact if no collaboration follows. If you become a customer, it joins the file of the business relationship.

The host's technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) are used for the website's security and are deleted after a short period.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or erase your data, restrict its use, object to it, or receive it in a common format. Write to [email protected]: we reply within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (dataprotectionauthority.be).

And the SeniFlow app?

This policy covers the seniflow.be website. Residents' and teams' data entered in the SeniFlow app is processed on behalf of each residence, under the contract and data processing agreement made with it.
